Notice to Vendors: To participate, all organizations, businesses, or
individuals that submit a proposal or bid must accompany their information with
a Richland County Standard Bid Application and a Taxpayer Identification Number
and Certification Form (IRS W-9). These documents can be found on the
Vendor Information Page.
